About Me
I am a certifying Birth and Post-Partum Doula. I was born and raised in Nova Scotia and have been living my life here in New Brunswick since 2016.
I started off my career in Early Childhood Education. I have always been passionate about babies, children, and parenthood even as a young child. However after being a nanny and then a preschool teacher I've come to realize my true calling is as a doula.
As an omnisexual; genderflux; agender; polyamourous; sex positive; trauma informed person, I truly look forward to helping people, of all backgrounds, during this beautiful journey.
What I do as a doula
I offer pregnancy & labour services as well as postpartum services. This means I am here to provide you informational, emotional, and physical support through out your entire parenting journey. I have been training through Doula Canada, and I have also taken a course in trauma-informed care so I can provide proper sensitive support to those in need.
In addition to standard doula support I also offer (optional) spiritual services that are rooted in pagan traditions. Some ways I do this are through reiki; oracle readings; blessings; and labour candle vigils, just to name a few. Check out my services page to see what other spiritual services I offer.
Lastly I offer newborn photography sessions as well as birth photography. I have done a course for newborn photography and am looking to learn birth photography on the job if that is something you're interested in as well.

Doula Services - Fees
Prenatal & Birth Support
I offer a sliding scale of $600-$800. Choose a price from this range that works best for you and your family For $600 you get 2 prenatal visits and for $800 you get 4
Virtual Support
One time "ask the doula" meeting:
$15 for a 30 min zoom meeting
$25 for a 45 min zoom meeting
$30 for an hour zoom meeting
Pregnancy & Birth (all the same services as regular labour services but virtual) - $400
$90 The First 2 Weeks Package:
5 virtual video calls over the first 2 weeks: 45 min sessions
$170 The First 2 months package:
9 virtual video calls over the first 8 weeks: 45 min
$230 The Fourth Trimester Package:
13 virtual video calls over the first 12 weeks: 45 min
Postpartum Support
Daytime 7am-7pm:
$25/hr for a min of 4 hours
or
$180 for 8 hours
Overnight 7pm-7am:
$30/hr for a min of 4 hours
or
$220 for 8hrs
$320 for 12 hours
Birth & Postpartum Combo Packages
$1000 for Labour services with 16 hours of daytime postpartum services (to be used 2 months after birth)
$1500 for labour services with 36 hrs of overnight services to be used 3 months after birth
$1300 for labour services 36 hours of daytime postpartum services (to be used 3 months after birth)
Labour Candle Vigil
When you let me know your labour has started a candle will be lit to honour the journey you and your baby have been on.
Each candle is customized to the client based through blessings, anointments, sigils, etc
If hospital birth vigil will happen in my home and if a home birth it will happen in yours
(included in doula services fees)
Reiki
I am a certified level 2 Holy Fire reiki practioner
IReiki can be done to provide emotional and physical support during pregnancy, labour, and postpartum to you or your baby.
Can be done long-distance
(included in doula services fee)
Pagan Blessing
Blessing for your or your baby during pregnancy, labour, or postpartum
Each blessing is specific to the family
Done by channeling the universal energy source to you with intention of the blessing
(included in doula services fee)
Oracle Readings
Readings available using the Goddess Dream Oracle Deck or the Gaia Oracle Deck
Examples of reading themes: messages relevant to your pregnancy, something to remember in your labour, a message about your baby

Fees are separate from doula service fees
Birth Circle Ritual - $25
A sacred circle will be cast around the birthing person and anyone else attending birth that is desired to be included
Sacred circle is done to keep negative energy away from the birthing space and to surround those within with love
within the circle a ritual will take place asking for guidance & strength from deity/universal energy source (clients choice)
Labour candle vigil will be part of this ritual too if desired
Blessingway - $50
IDone during prenatal period a few weeks prior to birth
Traditionally done in birthing person's home but can be done at any venue
Similar to a baby shower but instead of focusing on the new baby coming focus on the birthing person is done instead to celebrate their strength and journey into parenthood
Each blessingway is customized to the client based on their beliefs and values
Things one may expect at a blessingway are:
- meditations
- closed loved ones discussing how they became part of the clients life and favourite memories they have
- a ritual to connect all attending and baby
- pampering of the birthing person
Jar or bag spells $15
Great to purchase for yourself or to give as a gift
The purpose of this is to create an item infused with the intention you want for the spell in order to manifest that intention in yours and/or baby's life
Created by using herbs, crystals, written notes/sigils, various imagery, pieces of nature that correspond with the intention being given to the spell
Examples of possible intentions are:
- fertility
- healthy pregnancy
- speedy labour
- a life of love for baby
Photography Services
Newborn photography - $50
Pays for approximately a 4 hour session with no limit on how many pictures you may receive, solely dependent on how many we can get done in a shoot which varies family to family
I have taken an online course for newborn photography through udemy but am still new to the game so fee is set at $50 but is subject to change as more experience is gained
Birth photography
This service is currently included as part of my labour doula services for no additional charge as I have not been formally educated on this style of photography
However I am very passionate about capturing the beauty of birth and would love to give you memories to treasure forever
